Support for full dayOfWeek names

Would love support for full dayOfWeek names.
Current situation is the backend has existing expressions that use full day names that wont parse using this library.

cron-parser already supports day of week abbreviations (mon,tue,wed etc). Technically it's possible to add full weekday names support, but again, this is something that isn't supported by the most of implementations - trying to keep it as lean as possible. If you would like to use full weekday names, you could always add extra translation step that converts long weekday names into abbreviations.

That said, I'm not closing this one add this as a possible feature request for the future. Thanks for the idea!

No worries. A work around was fairly easy to implement.
