Make ABP LoRaWAN protocol run-time configurable #90
Description
In ABP mode, the firmware always uses LoRaWAN 1.0.4. To switch to LoRaWAN 1.1.1, one has to redefine a Makefile variable and recompile the firmware. Consider making this run-time configurable via a new AT command.
