Change heading structure in HTML output to be more meaningful to screen readers #3

I think there needs to be more meaningful heading structure in the HTML output to make it simpler to navigate the data that is output while using a screen reader.

  1. There could be:
    a. the alt text in question at heading level 2
    b. the number of detected probable errors in the alt text at heading level 3
    c. the line number that the error(s) is found on
    d. The probable spelling errors
    e. then the code detected from the webpage that has probable spelling errors
