Base Settings for working with HAPI FHIR in IJ

To apply these settings:

Preferences -> Tools -> Settings Repository
Click on the + icon under Read-only Sources
Add the URL [email protected]:hapifhir/hapi-fhir-common-intellij-settings-repository.git
