Better names for stuff

We can't use MS's names for things, since they are trademarked. That's part of why this is called Aixen instead of XBL-emu (the other part is that this does other things too).

Here's a list of stuff we have to come up with unique (and creative!) names for atm:

• Gamertag (username)
• Gamescore (points)

gamerscore - mypoints

Since we now aim to support RPCS3, as per DHrpcs3/rpcs3#119, we need more neutral names than that.

How about:

• Epnick (portmanteau of Epic & Nick) - gamertag
• Bosscore (portmanteau of Boss and Score) - gamerscore

You really should just leave it as something bland like username and points because something like "Epnick" or "Bosscore" sounds pretty childish.

Yo. I'm sure gamertag and gamerscore sounded childish at the beginning too. Also, those terms are likely trademarked, and the last thing we want is to be shut down due to some stupid trademark violations. Also, as per #15 and part of #10, we definitely need to have neutral names.

However, I invite you to help come up with names too, as it will give us more choices to select from.
