以下是祖述昕大佬的建议

技术多思考多实践多积累，从点到线再到面，形成自己的技术体系。我们会多组织分享互联网系统方面的技术知识。
我们从事的技术工作更多的是关注于业务，代码逻辑，系统架构，但是不能忽略了做事情及与人沟通的方式及技巧。需要多观察，不断学习总结提升。
为自己定期制定小目标，每天进步一小步，积少成多。
