Batch 1 and Batch 8 throughput numbers are the same for Hailo-8

Hi,

does anyone know why the Hailo-8 Model Zoo FPS numbers are often identical for batch=1 and batch=8?

For example, Resnet_v1_50 is 1331.76 FPS for both batch1 and batch 8.
