Error Parsing with manual sync

Hello, i use Instapaper and i took notes from those files, too.
for this reason i ve to do the Manual sync... but i get an error

Error Parsing
/user/ xxxx/desktop/myclipping.txt

error: file already exists

I am sure i m missing something but was not able to find in the tutorial...
