Project Board Cleanup

Overview

We need to clean up the project board by labeling issues properly, checking all links and placing them in the correct column.

Action Items

• Confirm all issues are on the project board
• Start with issue Create a project card for YouthJusticeNav #1 and keep going
• For each issue
  • Check labels
  • Check links
  • Place discrepancies in column below (e.g. missing labels, links not accessible, can be moved to __ column, stale, was in Done but not closed, etc.)

Overview

We need to perform a weekly check on issues to make sure they all conform to our label and milestone schema.

Action Items

• Check the following to make sure that they are all 0 open (Links for checking to make sure that all issues either have a ___ or a ____ missing label)
  • Role
  • size
  • feature
    • If there are any results other than 0 (open) then note it in comments below and do not fix. No need to continue working on this issue until that is resolved, because it means that there is something wrong with our GitHub actions script that adds the missing labels to each new issue.
