Crash on launch, CreateFileMappingW failed

Started with a "Not sure how to help you, contact the devs" error message. Got replaced by the current one after a restart.

Tried running as admin, verifying the .dll is there, granting firewall and AV access. No other modifications. Windows 7.

You should not be using Windows 7 anymore, you're literally giving every person who finds out about it free access to your computer.

I suspect this may be a compatibility level error with our WinAPI usage,, the earliest version we can still target with a modern toolkit is Windows 8.1.

Hmm, I might be wrong? I swear I read about that compatibility level change this year, but the documentation at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/porting/modifying-winver-and-win32-winnt?view=msvc-170 was last updated in 2021.

Might be fixed in next release. Still a better idea to upgrade your Windows version to 10 or 11.
