Add an option to change the text color of certain drops.

As stated on Discord. An option to change the item colors that are dropped on the ground from enemies, farming, and more would be a nice addition for the Toolbox to have.

We currently do this to agent names via minimap via AgentLiving->player_number but this doesn't feel like it should be in that widget?

This commit was for someone who asked for this request. I just wrote the commit to open their request for that individual who requested this future, I think that should be fine.

It's probably because the configuration is shared with the minimap config. We could refactor it out to its own module with Minimap being a friend class.
