Feature Request: Add Hover Tooltip to Experience Bar

Problem
The main experience bar shows no information on hover, unlike the Hero window's experience bar which displays detailed stats.

Solution
Add a hover tooltip to the main experience bar that shows the same experience information as the Hero window tooltip.

Much easier to change what the experience bar label says, so we can do that
