Relative paths + Clicking the buttons not always responsive #45

Hello,

First thanks for this super useful plugin.

I have two issues (Windows 10, Plugin ver 0.8.3):

It appears that there is no way to make the paths relative. I tried to replace the absolute paths manually in the *.qgs file after saving it but after opening it and saving it again the absolute baths were resurrected.
Clicking the plugin buttons not always responsive, repro:

Click on a FreehandRG layer.
Click Move
Click Pan Map (the hand icon in QGIS)
Click Move again
You will notice that the move action is not activated and you are still in QGIS Pan mode.
Click Move again, now it is working/activated.

Thank you for your feedback.

The bug 1 has normally already been corrected in the source code (see commit 33006a1). I will see what I can do for bug 2 and make a release soon.
