规定GA起始点 #206

在做路径规划的时候，往往需要从起点开始走。虽然说TSP从哪开始走都一样，但是如果规定了起点画图就轻松很多。况且，一些路径权重随次数变化的TSP必须要求规定起点。能不能加一个规定起点的参数？
