Meek Bridge Progress Stops After 14%

I am trying to connect to Tor via Meek Bridge
I entered a custom bridge "meek" just like we use snowflake now the problem is tor is not connecting it stucks at 14%.

fun setBridge() {
Prefs.setBridgesList("meek")
Prefs.putBridgesEnabled(true)
}

Then I restarted Orbot service to check the effects however tor is connecting in the case of snowflake-amp and direct.

Expected Behavior
Tor should connect using meek and Snowflake.
What Custom Configuration Do You Use?
I have cloned Orbot and now trying to check if all the bridges are working or not.
