[Feature] Minimum elapsed time threshold

Description of Feature

Set a minimum elapsed time threshold before showing results - it could work in a similar way to how you can set the number of results/conversions required before showing experiment results (minimum sample size threshold).

Context - our traffic is highly dependent on day-of-week so it is critical all experiments aren't analysed until a full week has passed. It'd be great if the results were actually hidden from view as there is a tendency for invested stakeholders to screenshot and start sharing results from GrowthBook before the full week is up.
