Button badge alignment on Safari #352

It's a pretty subtle difference but on Safari the button badge text isn't vertically centered.

Safari:

I believe this is rooted in how the font renders in Safari vs other browsers. A similar shift can be seen in buttons and other text instances as well. I'd group this issue in with the other discussions re: font vertical alignment.
