Only store processed update sequence when job is queued

https://github.com/greenkeeperio/changes/blob/master/lib/follow.js#L63 should come after https://github.com/greenkeeperio/changes/blob/master/lib/follow.js#L80-L83 inside the try/catch so in case we restart anywhere in between, we don’t miss that update
