Alpha Fold 2

Version 2.0 should include Alpha Fold 2. This method and the CASP14 results may even lead us to reconsider broader statements, like this part of the abstract:

Following from an extensive literature review, we find that deep learning has yet to revolutionize biomedicine or definitively resolve any of the most pressing challenges in the field

This could fit in the open pull request #1003, but I'm inclined to try to wrap that up in the short term and add Alpha Fold 2 later if needed. We may also need to wait for more information about the method.
