What would you like Teleport to do?
Support setting an app public-addr within Kubernetes app discovery, just like other attributes.

What problem does this solve?
Use Kubernetes app discovery to configure an app that requires a custom public-addr.

If a workaround exists, please include it.
Use static app setup instead of discovery.
