Expected behavior:

Access Requests durations would match to hours, days, not subtracted minutes. If we have to keep to this number then tell the person what time it will end vs them having to do the mental math.

Current behavior:

A user sees subtracted minutes when they submit access requests. This is confusing to understand and calculate when this request will end. Ex: it's 12:41 PM. This request ends in 6 hours, 47m. An individual then has to do the mental math to figure would exactly when that would end.

Bug details:

  • Teleport version: 15.3.1
  • Recreation steps
  1. Add a user to requester role
  2. Attempt to request a resource.
