Docker container and/or conda package?

I'm not sure how prevalent this use case might be, but it could be helpful to have a Docker container and/or conda package for installing the Reflow executable (e.g. users who are tech-savvy enough to run command line tools, but who may not be super comfortable with installing command line tools)
