References to Agent in the Upgrade and Migration docs have been left in place, as they are correct for people who are moving off of Grafana Agent.
The Loki Helm chart still uses the Grafana Agent, so those references are also still in place until the Helm chart gets updated.

Hey squad! So I am just going through the helm docs and references. So the primary use of Grafana Agent that I can see is for self-monitoring which we have marked as depricated. I have added additional deprecation notices to a PR but I do wonder when we decide to delete this section since the meta-monitoring chart is now replacing this. Here was the original message in the helm ref
