GZipped Files ASCII Special Characters Error #20

It appears than any Javascript files G-Zipped with refresh-sf through http://gpbmike.github.io/refresh-sf/ are now replacing special characters as well as spaces with their ASCII reference.
This was not doing this before, so I'm not entirely sure what the issue is.
Just a heads up.

Any ideas on what's causing this?
