Tombstone says DEAD for Missandei, data shows 0% chance of death #12

Scrolling through https://got.show/characters/?search=&page=3&sort=pageRank&order=-1 has the image of Missandei having a tombstone with DEAD upon it.
She's not. The data page for her says zero chance of death.

(actually "no data on this character", but then the Book chance of death is 3%)
The tombstone showing DEAD for a lack-of-data situation seems strange.
