The built binary file cannot run another Windows

I have built an exe on a Windows x84_64 computer, and it can run. However, when I put this exe on another Windows x86_64 computer, it cannot run. What could be the reason for this?

The exe depends on the portaudio.dll, I think. You have to copy portaudio.dll along with your exe to the other computer.

You can build portaudio from source and you will get portaudio.dll

So the only way to automate this is to use a VM with Windows?
