Is your feature request related to a problem or use case? Please describe.
I know if I record video to SD Card, it will save timecode. But when I use rtmp live streaming, timecode disappeared.

Describe the solution you'd like
Support timecode in rtmp live streaming.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Using LTC hardware is also welcomed.
