Remove Temp Workaround for OwlBol-Hermetic GraalVM Configs

There is a line - "/owl-bot-staging/.*/google-cloud-bigquerystorage/src/main/resources/META-INF/native-image/" in the deep-preserve-regex section for .github/.OwlBot-hermetic.yaml

This is a temporary workaround to ensure that the native image configs aren't removed by owlbot
