Where to find ksp artifacts after 2.1.20-RC-1.0.30?

From the release page, the last version of the KSP release product (jar) is 2.1.20-RC-1.0.30. On GitHub, I only see the version after this one, which is only the source code. Because I'm using the toolchain, I don't want to rely on Maven for decentralized version management where can I download the pre-compiled product?

2.1.20-RC-1.0.30 was the last release contains artifacts.zip https://github.com/google/ksp/releases/download/2.1.20-RC-1.0.30/artifacts.zip after that there is only sourcecode.zip

I am using ksp in rules_kotlin, it seems that we need rewrite the ksp toolchain with from maven download…
