Certificate Issue? #452

Is this some kind of certificate issue? If so, how do I update it?

cp_printer_passes_2018_cert UNKNOWN

When I try to print, I get

The selected Google Cloud Print device is no longer supported. Try setting up the printer in your computer's system settings.

I followed the instructions to build from source. I had 1.12. Now it says I have "DEV".

Even though my printer says it has been off-line for over a month, I am able to print. So this is a big improvement.

Also, my print jobs do not show up anymore. So it still needs work, but is at least usable.
