the simulate exe file fails to run

Intro

Hi!

I am a student and PES University and trying to use MuJoCo to help create a simulation for an internship

My setup

MuJoCo 3.3.3 fir windows

My question

So i'm trying to run MuJoCo for the first time on my laptop and initially it showed a .dll error and said it could be fixed by reinstalling the application, tried that multiple times and nothing changed. Now it doesn't even show the error just doesn't run at all, how can i fix this?

Minimal model and/or code that explain my question

If you encountered the issue in a complex model, please simplify it as much as possible (while still reproducing the issue).
