Will Howler Work in A Progressive Web App (PWA) on IOS and Android devices?

I'm currently using Howler in my NextJS application and am looking to now create an IOS and Android version of it by turning the web app into a progressive web app.

I'm wondering whether users will be able to:

1. Listen to media tracks on IOS and Android
2. Continue listening and adjust playback from the locked screen (as in, when the user was listening to audio, their phone is now locked, but they can still control playback via that login screen on their device)
