项目描述：规模化云原生将本提效、IaC的方式统一应用方和平台方的运维平面、适用于云平台IaC/DevOps等场景，初学者可以通过该项目了解国内蚂蚁支付宝内部的系统运维方式（参考的Google的实践方式）

亮点：通过内置的KCL配置语言，将运维面临的各种功能和app统一到不同的配置模型，模型库建设是其对外的统一编程界面
