[Feature request] Extend client APIs to support cleanup

Hi, we'd like to add additional cleanup stages to the perf test, to make it less-disruptive when running in automation. The client code doesn't expose enough Delete methods. This feature request is for adding the corresponding Delete methods for cleanup in goharbor/perf.

Method needed:

• DeleteUser
  • requested by data/02-user.js
• DeleteProjectMember
  • requested by data/03-project-members.js
  • may not be needed, since projects will be cleaned up by DeleteProject
• DeleteArtifactTag
  • requested by data/05-artifact-tag.js
  • may not be needed, since artifact will be cleaned up by DeleteRepository
