To list xk6-harbor in k6-registry repository

Hello All,

We have customized this repo to align with k6 v0.57.0 version and working well. And also planning to add the forked repo into k6 registry since this repository maintainers started to add into k6-registry but not addressed the comments given by k6-registry authors. Let me know any plan to maintain this repo in future.
