[Question] Package command-line tool

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question but. I'm looking to build a go app that relies on another command-line tool and I'm just wondering if packr can be used to include the binary then execute it? If not could someone point me in the right direction for bundling go apps with an external tools?
