首先祝贺 gost v3 正式版发布，希望也同步更新一下 brew 的 gost

这个包对应的 github 仓库地址好像也需要更正一下

这个并不是由官方在维护，不过可以直接在Homebrew/homebrew-core提交PR来更新。
