Heatmap Enhancements

What problem would this solve?

At the moment the contribution heatmap is working, however I have a couple of suggestions and features I would love to see in gitea.

I know this is a niche feature and for me it wasn't a dealbreaker. However since I migrated I don't show my contribution graph to potential employers, as the graph doesn't look like much.

What do you propose?

1. Like stated in Feature: Heatmap: Allow selection of year #5439 it would be great to allow the selection of the year similar to what GitHub does
2. It would be great if we could toggle the contributions from public and private repos (to show or not show private contributions) similar to GitHub
3. It would be great if there was a management command or button in the admin interface to resync these contributions. If you import your repos your contribution graph currently stays empty. It would be good if you could start a manual update here.
4. Maybe a toggle for Heatmap shows commits on push date instead of commit author date #36471 so that the heatmap can show either push date or commit date
