As you can see the menu is missing some (for us) essential options:

In the preview for Ticket creation Template is everything shown:

The first image I started creating a Ticket as Hotliner and it is also not possible to set any watchers, but what is more essential for us all the text modify/image insert options in the description section are missing. Maybe this is a misconfiguration, but back in Version 10.0.12 was everything fine and I can not find the responsible setting for this as any changes regarding the simplified interface between the patch notes from 10.0.12 to 10.0.14.

Any help is well appreciated.
