I have a boolean column and want to add a checkbox to a header for this column. Row markers are not good for me because some checkboxes may be read-only, and I don't want to bind these checkboxes to the row selection. Now I use the variables "headerCellIndeterminateMarker", "headerCellCheckedMarker", and "headerCellUnheckedMarker" as the column title to pretend it is a row marker column. Is there a more "official" way to do this? And is there a way to always display an unchecked/indeterminate state? Currently, a checkbox in the header is hidden if it is unchecked or undefined.
