Consider documenting some less-common conversion workflows #86

Prompted by #85, it's not necessarily clear how the Reader Options and Output Options advanced settings can be used. At a minimum, it might be nice to link to some documentation (as is done for the compression settings). https://bio-formats.readthedocs.io/en/latest/formats/options.html#reader-options is the relevant page for Reader Options; I don't think there is anything similar yet for Output Options.
For Reader Options, we could also think about whether to use checkboxes for each option (as is done in the Bio-Formats ImageJ plugin) instead of having a text box.
