Zarr intermediate not deleted when closing early

In testing https://github.com/glencoesoftware/NGFF-Converter/releases/tag/v2.1.0-rc1 on Windows 10, I tried converting a file to OME-TIFF with the zarr intermediate written to the output directory. Closing NGFF-Converter before completion of the task did not delete the zarr intermediate.

Thanks for reporting, @mabruce. This will be addressed in a future release.

Following discussions on this, current feeling is that trying to remove intermediates when quitting during a run is probably not something that can be readily implemented in a safe manner. Instead we'd lean towards documenting that exiting without stopping is not going to perform automatic cleanup. As the intermediates directory defaults to system temp this shouldn't be too much of an issue for most users.
