Which of the MS Learn modules from the dropdown are you submitting an update request?

None

Additional information

  • Fix a broken user experience (broken links, exercise error, etc.)
  • Update incorrect information
  • Add new content to the module
  • Some other request

Information about the requested update

module: Collaborate with Git
unit: Exercise - Collaborate by using a shared repo
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/collaborate-with-git/4-exercise-use-shared-repo

section: Create a bare repository
All Git is doing under the hood is looking in .git/refs/remotes/origin for a file named trunk [main].

The branch name is "main", not "trunk". In my testing the files in .git/refs/remotes/origin/ are those of the branch name (in this case main).

Thank you!
