The correct headings should be updated so that users can easily manage their plans:

Billing and plans > Billing and Licensing
Plans and usage > Licensing

We appreciate you taking the time to keep our docs up to date. 💛 Unfortunately, the rollout of billing menu options is happening unevenly, so different people are seeing different options. We know it's a bit of a mess right now, and we're handling it internally. I'm going to close this issue, but we will keep track of it internally to make sure all of these problems get resolved once things settle down. If you'd like to know more about what's happening with billing, the blog has some recent updates.
