FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'data/processed/largest_100_molecules.pkl'

You have to uncomment the line in the "Data" section of the notebook to download the dataset.
This line: "!wget https://storage.googleapis.com/l2f-open-models/molecule-bond-prediction/data.zip; unzip -o data.zip; rm data.zip"
