giotto-ph should probably be packaged for distribution via conda/conda-forge.

It would be a good to have.
But I never did that, did we do that for giotto-tda or pyflagser ?

We didn't do it (properly) for giotto-tda because conda-forge did not handle git submodules well if I recall correctly (maybe this is different now). Maybe the same problems would be there in pyflagser?

Really !?
But all our repositories have submodule, at least pybind11 for the bindings.
Let me have a look.

I've started something here taking inspiration from https://github.com/conda-forge/staged-recipes/pull/18571/files and conda-forge/staged-recipes#17937.
