We shall think about submitting a short paper about the usefulness of giotto-deep

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to propose JOSS. Basically, we need create a paper branch in which we put paper.md and paper.bib.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Other standard journals like JMLR

I prepared a very basic and minimal version of the paper: here the instructions. You can have a look and modify this version here ; or here if you prefer the self-compiled pdf version.
