User story

As a curator
I want to be able to check the content of a hdf5 archive file
So that I can see whats inside it

Acceptance criteria

Given I have a hdf5 format file on the bastion server
When i curate that dataset
Then I am able to "unzip" that archive and see the content are what is expected

Additional Info

https://support.hdfgroup.org/documentation/hdf5/latest/_view_tools_command.html

but we can use it docker container
