The file descriptions cannot update in GigaDB interface

Describe the bug
I modified the file descriptions on the admin page but the updates cannot show on the mockup link page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://gigadb.org/adminFile/update/id/548413
2. Update the description "The primary analysis dataset for GERD used in this study, accessed from PMID 3152758, https://doi.org/10.1038/s41467-019-11968-2."
3. Click "Save"
4. Clean the browser cache and reopen the mockup link https://gigadb.org/dataset/view/id/102642/token/54HAc0sx3i2ZLdoW, the previous description is still there.

Expected behavior
The update description should be updated for file "GERD_pmid31527586.txt".

Additional context
I generated a new readme file, and the description is updated fine.

This looks very similar to previous cases when we couldn't get the mockup pages to display changes that were saved to the database. It appears to only be an issue when the dataset status is set to "Curation", when I changed the dataset status to "Author review" it updated the mockup view as expected.
