Not possible how do i decrypt the save
i did try creating a save from scratch went to restore it in save manager and the save was corrupt!!!

or

Go to your savedata folder in VitaShell, find your Stardew Valley save, press triangle and choose "Open Decrypted."
Copy the files you want to the root of your memory stick, connect the Vita to your PC, and copy the files over.

Vita keys are same as PS4 the saves have to be decrypted first though
